By Christian at January 28th, 2007, 10:54pm in WebsiteThe Alsace website is nearing the end of a large period of transition. Over the past 2 months, we've been working on the site, adding new features and fixing some old ones. We've switched hosts and have done some behind-the-scenes changes.
The Activities page contains up-to-date information regarding all varieties of Alsace activities.
With the Contact Us page, you can easily send e-mail to the secretary right from the site!
Last but not least, this very news feature is the most recent addition. Its function is to keep you up to date with announcements, follow-ups to events, and much more!

Brunch
By Cindy at January 29th, 2007, 12:07pm in Senior Youth GroupTo celebrate the 275th Anniversary of Alsace Lutheran Church, the Senior Youth Group is planning to participate in the Temple Halloween Parade and the Reading Christmas Parade. To help with the cost of building a float, they are holding a Brunch on Sunday, February 25 from 9:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the downstairs Sunday School room. Tickets may be purchased in advance on a Sunday morning in the church library or during the week in the office between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The cost of the prepaid tickets are $8.00 for adults, $5.00 for children age 4 to 12, children ages 3 and under are free. Tickets will be available the morning of the event, however the adult ticket price will be $10 instead of $8. Come out and enjoy a large variety of breakfast and lunch items - all you can eat!
